Learning to Move Slower
Autumn Clevenger is a 200hr Hatha Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance with experience teaching both Restorative Yoga and Emotional Rehabilitative Yoga styles.
She offers private sessions and group classes for those wanting to heal from trauma and domestic abuse. Through practice and self awareness, she can help guide students that are ready to ease symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other symptoms of trauma.
A slow, steady practice allows her students to move with intention and be connected to the body and breath as it shows up differently each day.
